Composting

Few things are as satisfying as harvesting home-made compost. All of the tomato wastes, potato peels, onion skins, autumn leaves, and grass clippings sift through the fingers as rich, moist planting medium.  From that will come potatoes, onions, tomatoes planted with care in the compost. The grass will take care of itself, and so will the leaves.
